WHAT IS AN EXECUTIVE PORTRAIT/HEADSHOT, AND HOW IS IT DIFFERENT FROM A REGULAR HEADSHOT?
An executive portrait goes beyond the basic 1 professional photo on a grey backdrop — it’s a collection of solid & various portraits crafted around how you want to be perceived in the different projects you handle. The photos usually includes the upper body to use the power of body language. The aim of those professional portraits is to project leadership, confidence, and authenticity. It’s designed for professionals who are aiming for senior leadership roles, C-level roles as well as for CEOs, founders, and business owners who want to convey authority across the different platforms (LinkedIn, speaking engagement, media publications, company websites, etc.)
WHERE DOES THE PORTRAIT SESSION TAKE PLACE?
Your portrait session can be booked in our NYC executive portrait studio or on-location at your home, your office, your coworking space or corporate headquarters. For leadership teams or board portraits, we offer fully mobile setups throughout NYC and the US with the application of a traveling fee.
HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY EXECUTIVE HEADSHOT SESSION?
First we have a Zoom consultation before your portrait session ensures every detail aligns with your image goals. We then provide a pdf preparation guide that includes wardrobe recommendations, grooming tips, and guidance on selecting colors that reflect your professional brand.
HOW LONG DOES A SESSION TAKE AND WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PHOTOS?
Our session are not limited in time: we are more focused on the results than the watch. That being said, a typical executive headshot session (without Hair & MakeUp) can lasts between 45–90 minutes. You’ll receive your pre-selection gallery within 5-7 business days, and your final retouched portraits within 24hrs. 24-48hrs Rush services are available on request.
HOW MANY FINAL IMAGES DO I RECEIVE ?
During your personal branding portrait session, we pre-select together about 20 images. After your session, this pre-selection gets edited and after about 5-7 business days (Rush options available), you will receive an online gallery to choose your favorite 5 images that are already included in the Portrait Executive package. Those 5 images are delivered in Color + their duplicate in Black and white, in jpg HD + WebRes and in original crop + square crop (ideal for Linkedin profile photo)
DO YOU OFFER RETOUCHING, HAIR, OR MAKEUP SERVICES?
Yes, we include premium retouching with every session, focusing on natural, refined results. Professional hair and makeup artists are available upon request for both men and women. Inquire above to get access to the pricing menu.
DO YOU PHOTOGRAPH C-SUITE & LEADERSHIP TEAMS OR BOARD MEMBERS?
Yes, we absolutely do. We can offer C-suite teams and board members group session designed to ensure consistency across all images — ideal for corporate websites, press releases, and investor materials. We can travel across the US and Europe to different headquarters if needed.

ABOUT THE ON-LOCATION OPTION EXPERIENCE
WHAT DOES "ON-LOCATION" MEAN ?
On-location means Alice and her team come directly to your home or office anywhere in Manhattan or Brooklyn with a complete professional lighting and camera setup. Your space becomes a private portrait studio for the duration of the session.
IS THE QUALITY THE SAME AS AN IN-STUDIO PORTRAIT SESSION ?
Yes, it is the same. On top of the convenience and privacy this option provides, the equipment, lighting standards, and creation process are identical to our studio sessions.
WHY CHOOSING THE ON-LOCATION OPTION INSTEAD OF COMING AT THE STUDIO ?
Clients choose on-location sessions for discretion, time efficiency, and comfort. It eliminates travel, allows you to remain in a familiar environment, and offers a more relaxed, private experience—ideal for high-profile executives.
DO I NEED TO GET MY SPACE PREPARED IN ADVANCE ?
No extensive preparation is required. Alice and her team assess the space upon arrival and handle all setup. We may offer light guidance ahead of time, but everything is designed to be effortless for you.

On-location executive portrait sessions are offered within Manhattan and Brooklyn. It can also be organised for other & further locations (US & worldwide), custom arrangements are available upon request.
